Junyue Technology has always been committed to promoting industry development through technological innovation and providing users with high-quality products, services, and solutions. Recently, we were honored to participate in a major upgrade project for the library of China Women's College, providing advanced smart reading lamps and supporting power solutions to help the college create a more intelligent and efficient learning environment.
Project Background

Since its opening in 2011, the library of China Women's College has seen a continuous increase in the number of readers and the application of modern teaching equipment. The existing power facilities can no longer meet the growing needs of teachers and students. The main problems include:
Uneven distribution of power points makes it difficult to find available power in some areas. Students often have to interrupt their studies due to depleted batteries when using laptops or other electronic devices;
The lighting in some areas of the library is inadequate, especially on cloudy days or at night, and insufficient light seriously affects the reading experience;
In addition, due to the lack of effective seat management measures, seat occupation is frequent, affecting the efficient use of library resources.
Junyue Technology's Solution

Junyue Technology provided smart reading lamps and related customized power cords for this renovation. This smart reading lamp integrates multiple functional modules, including USB interfaces, Type-C interfaces, and two 10A five-hole sockets, which can fully meet the diverse power supply needs of electronic devices in modern learning scenarios.

The smart reading lamp is also equipped with an appointment e-ink screen. Readers can easily complete seat reservations and check-in procedures by scanning a QR code, effectively preventing seat occupation. Library staff can also monitor seat usage in real-time through the background management system, achieving scientific management.

In addition, the lights can adjust their brightness according to the ambient light, providing a more comfortable reading environment. Even in low-light conditions, it not only ensures sufficient lighting intensity, reduces eye fatigue, but also significantly reduces energy consumption, playing a role in energy saving and emission reduction.

Implementation and Effectiveness
From the project launch in July 2024 to its successful completion in September of the same year, the entire process received strong support and cooperation from the teachers and students of China Women's College. After the renovation, the power shortage problem in the library was fundamentally solved, students no longer worry about the lack of power, and seat occupation has also been effectively reduced, significantly improving learning efficiency. Through the intelligent check-in system, library staff can also monitor seat usage in real-time through the background management system, rationally allocate resources, and achieve scientific management.

Junyue Technology continues to adhere to the guidance of "innovation driving education, intelligence leading the future," combining user-friendly design with the Internet of Things (IoT) to strive to create smart educational furniture that conforms to educational laws and benefits students' physical and mental health development, creating a better learning atmosphere for students.
