Building a Smart and Safe Electricity Apartment

On September 5th, Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College Haizhou College was inaugurated, becoming the first full-time higher education institution in Haizhou. As a secondary college jointly established by Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College and Haizhou County Government, the college is located in Wanghai Street, covering an area of 270 mu (approximately 18 hectares) with a building area of 120,000 square meters. The school's capacity is 4,000 full-time students.
01-Challenges to Student Dormitory Electricity Safety
Due to limitations of the existing facilities, the school has encountered many challenges in electricity use, such as insufficient power outlets and low electricity safety, which have caused inconvenience to the study and life of teachers and students.

▲1. Students' violation of regulations by using high-power electrical appliances easily leads to fire accidents, resulting in frequent electricity safety hazards;

▲2. Students purchasing non-compliant high-power products not only increases the electricity load but also may cause safety hazards;

▲3. The existing electrical facilities in the school's reading area are outdated and cannot meet the students' growing electricity needs;

▲4. The learning environment is affected by the lack of good lighting conditions, which affects students' learning efficiency;

▲5. Teachers and administrators find it difficult to effectively supervise electricity usage and cannot promptly discover and handle abnormal electricity situations.
02-Junyue Smart Connected Safe Electricity Solution
Electricity Perception
——
Junyue's self-developed IoT system covers all electricity usage scenarios in the dormitory, enabling quick installation and deployment without affecting daily life.
Data Analysis
——
Supports visualization of dormitory floor plans, multi-angle analysis of electricity usage patterns, and combines IoT technology to predict trends and provide optimization suggestions.

Decision Driving
——
Assists dormitory managers in transforming collected data into actionable insights, guiding the development and implementation of refined electricity management strategies.

Optimizing Electrical Facilities
——
Equipped with individual reading lamps, each device contains four 10A five-hole sockets. This design not only meets the students' daily electricity needs but also effectively disperses the electricity load, reducing the use of temporary power strips due to insufficient sockets, thereby reducing safety hazards.

Enhanced Electricity Safety Management
——
Real-time detection of socket electricity usage. When high-power appliances exceed the system's set threshold, the device automatically alerts and cuts off power to ensure electricity safety.

Upgrading the Existing Lighting System
——
Eye-protection lamps have no blue light hazard, no flicker, and are close to natural light, restoring the true colors of objects, providing students with a better learning environment and improving learning efficiency. Our eye-protection lamps have a privacy function and will not affect the sleep of other students when used in the dormitory.

Continuously Innovating for Intelligent Educational Furniture
Junyue Technology, with its advanced technology and professional services, has successfully helped Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College Haizhou College solve many problems related to electricity use. Through optimizing electrical facilities, improving lighting conditions, enhancing electricity safety management, and strengthening electricity education, a series of measures have not only improved the campus's energy use efficiency but also created a safer and more convenient learning environment for teachers and students. We believe that through these efforts, a brighter future will be brought to the campus, allowing students and teachers to learn and work in a more secure and comfortable environment.
