Junyue Technology
In Junyue Wisdom Park, located in the northern industrial park of Hangzhou, a modern and technologically advanced building stands quietly. This is the headquarters of Hangzhou Junyue Technology Co., Ltd. This office space, with a total area of approximately 5,000 square meters, is not only the core area for Junyue Technology's R&D, office, meeting, exhibition hall, and leisure and entertainment functions, but also a concentrated embodiment of the company's culture and innovative spirit.

Company Profile
Hangzhou Junyue Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2013, is a national specialized and new "small giant" enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. The company owns the Zhejiang Provincial Home Electrical Industrial Design Center, independently researching and developing furniture electrical components, IoT systems, and wiring systems. It has won numerous international awards, such as the German IF Design Award, the American IDEA Award, the German Design Award, the German Brand Design Award, the China Red Star Design Award, and the Taiwan Golden Pin Design Award. It currently holds over 260 valid patents, including 28 invention patents, and its products have passed authoritative certifications such as 3C, UL, CE, FCC, and RoHS.

Space Layout
The space layout of Junyue Technology's headquarters fully considers the needs of modern offices. It not only features spacious open-plan offices but also includes multiple meeting rooms, consultation rooms, and rest areas. The open-plan office area adopts a flexible layout design that can be adjusted according to the needs of different teams, ensuring both efficient team collaboration and individual work privacy.

Cloud Sea Tide

The entrance hall is centered around a two-story atrium. A suspended, cloud-like design naturally connects the exhibition area and meeting area on both sides of the atrium. These white clouds, seemingly descending from the sky, with their pure color and light form, gently extend from the ceiling, like a delicate veil, softly floating, together constructing a landmark space image that is both grand and warm.

On the first floor, open rest areas are set around two enclosed glass meeting rooms, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. On the second floor, a medium-to-large multi-functional hall is equipped. Using grilles, glass, and stepped seating design, a subtle floating visual effect is created between reality and illusion.

The meeting area design uses a low-hanging "cloud ladder" to ascend. White linear elements cleverly blur the boundaries between the ceiling, walls, and stairs, achieving the integration of conventional elements. This design not only breaks the rigid impression of traditional space but also creates a space atmosphere full of innovative spirit.

Deep in the Clouds

The first-floor exhibition hall space starts from the product exhibition hall. Using grid and linear design techniques, the space is cleverly divided. Junyue's electrical products are placed at various nodes of the spatial matrix constructed by these design techniques, while the central display stand provides a scenario for explanations.

After the product exhibition area, visitors will enter a scenario-based exhibition area. The design here seems to lead visitors through different parallel spaces, fully demonstrating the multi-dimensional aspects of Junyue's solutions. From home, office, education to medical and other application scenarios, it vividly showcases Junyue's rich product series.

Unlike the juxtaposed layout of the first-floor exhibition hall, the second-floor exhibition hall adopts a design concept based on time. The honor exhibition hall is like a black box, carefully storing the company's past glorious achievements.

After leaving the honor exhibition hall, visitors will pass through a time corridor recording the company's major events. This corridor not only connects the production factory representing the company's current operating status but also presents the company's past and future to visitors simultaneously. This design has become a place to activate customer perception and communication, allowing people to feel the company's historical accumulation and development vision as they stroll.

Cloud Staircase Stroll

The office area on the 9th and 10th floors is also centered around a two-story atrium. The initial floor plan adopted an offset core tube scheme, resulting in poor lighting conditions in the core area of the office floor plan. To address this, the design team adopted innovative measures, opening up the two floors and introducing an electrically operable skylight, successfully bringing sunlight and fresh air into the atrium, creating a vibrant sunlit atrium.

In the core of the atrium, a giant cloud ladder gallery spanning two floors is designed, cleverly blurring the boundaries between the two office areas. Two discussion areas are set at both ends of this gallery, equipped with tea rooms and print rooms. These functional areas are carefully arranged around the stairs, aiming to promote communication and collaboration among employees.

The cloud ladder design uses vertical white elements. When sunlight shines on the grille, it creates a bright and orderly spatial feeling. As the sun rises and sets, the changing light and shadow bring different visual effects, allowing employees to relax during work breaks. This design not only enhances the comfort of the work environment but also becomes a unique landmark feature of the company, showcasing the company's personality and taste.

The design team cleverly planned various types of office areas with efficient privacy and open communication as the two core dimensions, including completely private phone booths, partially private glass box office areas, semi-open grid box office areas, and open-plan office areas that encourage free communication.

By providing office environments of different scales and degrees of openness, the design team has created an ideal workspace for all employees that is inclusive and fair, flexible and sustainable, and conducive to health. Whether introverted employees (I-type) who prefer independent work environments or extroverted employees (E-type) who prefer teamwork, they can all find a suitable workspace here, each in their own way.
